In order to receive this we would ask you to assist us in getting more data to gain a greater understanding of how values work and how they evolve.
The central leadership values fall into 4 distinct categories designed to clarify the function and increase the usage of personal leadership values.

- Expressive Values = Leadership character and emotion
- Value Disciplines = Leadership rigor and determination
- Shared Values = Leadership relationships and service
